Our Buying Process
1. Research
Once we receive your property details, our team will analyze the market along with your property's unique features to determine if it fits our buying criteria.
2. Get an Offer
After we research your property, we will send you an offer and set up a time to go over it together. This typically happens within 72 hours of receiving your information.
3. On-site closing
After we have agreed on a purchase price, we will send a copy of the documents for your review. We then setup a date and time for a mobile notary to come to you to finalize the paperwork.
4. Get paid
Once the documents are signed, our mobile notary stamps the documents and you are handed a cashier's check for your property. It's that easy!
